And we made dials to. Just great -it changed so much, all the BDRs are now in India and they’re being paid cheap. The base is terrible, comp plan always changing. First two months of quarter are capped and uncapped for month three. Eliminated uncapped annual bonus abd capped at 5k. Not received well at all by the workforce. Challenging to understand what you’re being paid without using comp calculator.
