Current Employee Overall not a bad place to work. There is a true attention to the culture piece, which is atypical for companies this size. Solid benefits, good work/life balance. Drawbacks are a bit of a disconnect in what management thinks makes reps successful and what actually does. Very labor intensive. Base/commission structure is on the wrong side of the 50/50 split so slow months can be rough.
