Current Employee2.7Aug 7, 2025Miserable. I am in the top 10% of reps here year-over-year in my role and Paylocity has gone from great to good to terrible over my 6 year tenure here. Not sure what's happened, but across the board culture sucks, goals unattainable, and changes constantly negatively impacting the sales org.

Current Employee1.4Jun 25, 2025Been here a long time. Ive seen Paylocity go from amazing to a dumpster fire. I wouldn’t recommend a sales job here to my worst enemy. The senior leadership is clueless and only getting worse. They think we have the brand name of ADP and the product of Workday. Their solution to everything is add headcount and segment markets. Current Employee1.4Sep 7, 2025They have over saturated teams and are shrinking territory while also segmenting markets, and seem to be wanting to vertically shift the roles…. it’s a terrible job. The leadership is clueless and I won’t get my worst enemy a job here, as it would be far too severe a punishment.
