I think this role is a good place to start your career within the HR/payroll industry but definitely want to move on at some point getting to an enterprise solution

Horrible leadership, subpar salary/OTE, good old boys club type of selling org. The hay days are offer at Paylocity. Look eles where. Cheesy mid-western flair, and generally cartoonish sales culture.

The culture has completely fallen apart. Toxic leadership, nonstop PIPs, and constant fear of being replaced. Sales is a revolving door and service is drowning from turnover. They talk about being “people-first,” but that died years ago. Employees are treated like numbers, not humans. Most good people I knew have left or are trying to.
