My overall experience was chaotic. 2 months after I was hired the original team that hired me was terminated. The company could not make a decision on GTM strategy and forced a hunter/farmer model in Q3 after missing sales targets. Recently went through a large layoff. Pendo can't seem to decide on a path forward and stick to it. Internal politics play here as well, as with most companies. The product is killer but too much noise going on around the company to stay focused.

If you can't play the politics game I wouldn't recommend being here. However this company is great, the perks are great. If you get the opportunity to work here take it. But again, if you can't stick to the politics don't expect anything.

The culture at Pendo has seriously plummeted lately especially for females. A lot of females are leaving due to the “sales bro” culture that is being cultivated.
