Current Employee Very crowded space and the only differentiator is that it’s a consolidated platform. Good for some customers, most don’t care or prefer best of breed vs master of none - especially the key persona, product managers, who don’t mind building integrations to get a unified view of the customer. No real innovation, no chance we can go public anytime soon. Luck of the draw with territories. Much smaller TAM than you’d expect once you get into the weeds. Base pay is competitive, but very few get full OTE. Net new business is nearly nonexistent, so if you don’t have a strong book then you won’t last a year.
