you mentioned quota isn't attainable for MidMarket. Fair to assume it's the same thing in SMB? I'm looking at Datrails and they seem to be growing fast in the non enterprise segment. Do you compete with them much? How does that usually go?

Are sales targets achievable and realistic at Planful? Have they shown any recent increases or decreases in the past few quarters?

Does Planful prioritize diversity and inclusion in their sales department? What initiatives or practices are in place to support this?
