Former Employee Terrible experience, they actively change the ROE to screw employees and then blame them when they’re not successful. No set territory so it’s dog eat dog. Favored employees are able to disregard the ROE and get ahead while others will get their meetings taken away. Barely anyone is hitting quota, this included AEs. The benefits are good though if that matters to you…
