I will narrow this down to a few key points: -they hold a spectacular angle on the market share within the industry. -they are training and enablement is lacking to say the least. They are almost encouraging turnover, and just observing who can swim and who can sync without proper coaching. -the "used car salesmen" mentality is rampant throughout every vertical and sales organization throughout the company. Simply look at their recent retention rates... -they're competitive market, including Birdeye (who in my opinion is a better product) is really taking strides on becoming a more appealing product.

Not great. Product was ok for small businesses but there were so many other tools that businesses could use and the long term vision of the company wasn't being executed well. Especially the Sales Motion which became door to door dialing for dollars with no support.

This is an extremely cut-throat environment with zero job security. You can be a top-selling rep that has consistently hit quota, but if you miss even one month, you are put on PIP, and there is no loyalty to the employee or flexibility despite prior performance.
