This is an extremely cut-throat environment with zero job security. You can be a top-selling rep that has consistently hit quota, but if you miss even one month, you are put on PIP, and there is no loyalty to the employee or flexibility despite prior performance.

Lots of churn, strained relationships between SDRs and AEs because of how "qualified meetings" are held against them. SDR wants them to be considered "qualified" even if it doesn't close, but AE does NOT want to "qualify" the meeting if they didn't close because then it would count against them.

My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.
