Good product in the right verticals. Lots of sales staff, sales driven company and if you aren't closing, you are out. Training is not regular and you have to seek out what you need. Everything moves very fast so you must be proactive. Money is great for those killing it. Be aware what you are getting into, this isn't a sleepy legacy software company, hunters only. Learned a lot here and all the staff were friendly and polite, but pressure can get to people.

Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open.
