Solid culture, grateful to develop my skills here. Met some great people and had fun, however there was clear favoritism for those who hit their targets, making it hard for others to do so.

Current Employee2.3Jul 7, 2023My overall experience at Podium was great to get the experience but the culture and leadership needed work. The morale was low because of people not meeting quota and a lot of good people were fired or they moved on to better opportunities.
