After admitting they started me in experimental role that was unsuccessful they then drastically reduced my territory size to about 10% of what it was and expected more results. Avoid avoid avoid.

Former Employee3.3Apr 11, 2024Podium is a dumpster fire. They lure you in with super high compensation and hire anybody with a pulse. Turnover was insanely high and Podium doesn’t care - people were constantly quitting and getting fired (12 months after I started at Podium, 26 out of 30 people in my hire group weren’t at Podium anymore). Current Employee2.0Mar 14, 2024Changed the comp plan to add VOIP. If we include VOIP its 14% commission, if we don't its 4% commission. Leadership keeps leaving, and SDR support is now offshore in PK with a big language barrier. Onboarding team also finds any reason to halt a customer to get up and running. Lot of issues in Podium. Great place to learn if you want to take everything on yourself. 3...Read More
