Unless you were part of the OG crew or were there long enough to work your way into their bro club, higher level leadership didn't care about you. They dedicate a lot to the engineering team and development but fall short of translating how to sell this to the customers, especially at a much higher price point than most competitors. Former Employee3.1Dec 7, 2023Podium has been going through growing pains as they try to scale toward an eventual IPO. I was onboarded with 30+ other reps and was 1 of 2 to last a year. That being said, they have moved away from the AE 1 role and now have a bridge role between SDR & AE which is helping with employee churn.
