My overall experience was good. Podium is a great place to develop your skills and move up quickly as an Account Executive. However, the path to sales leadership is risky and concerning. Many AE sales managers get promoted and then a good amount, about 50% either quit and leave or they self-demote themselves back to a Sr. AE role. Leadership is lacking. There is very little value put on employees as people. Employees are very easily treated as a number that is always replaceable.

Great product market fit. Hustle culture and praise for overworking gets old quick. Mid-level leadership is the epitome of "the boys club". You're either a part of it and are set up for success or you'll be fighting tooth and nail to get by.

Constantly back and forth on massive decisions. This caused a huge portion of the great sales reps to leave because leadership could not make up their mind on what to do. This left a lot of the sub-par reps sticking around and later promoting into leadership roles.
