Biggest competitor is themselves. There is not strong enough differentiation between the free plans, which everyone is using, and the paid plans. Needs professional services to implement and grow the platform for large enterprises

Lead flow is nearly nonexistent, culture is very dry and celebrates "ruthless" salespeople, customers love the product but don't want to pay to it.
