Former Employee3.6Sep 14, 2023I enjoyed working at Qualtrics until the reorganization and the return to office. My territory changed resulting in several of my deals being split or completely lost to someone else. This was not a fair way to handle the reorganization. I earned the entire sale.

Sales compensation is all over the board and changes frequently; reps are always confused. Product delivery is "Over Commit and Under Deliver".
