Qualtrics isn't what it used to be. Outdated sales leaders and way too high of Quota. 25% of reps hit on most teams if lucky. On a team of 7, most teams are hoping that 2 reps blow their number out while the other 5 struggle.

Very poor leadership, both regionally in Germany and EMEA but also globally. Not transparent and honest, even kind of backstabbing. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here.
