Current Employee My overall experience at Qualtrics is a positive one, and one I am immensely grateful for.
That being said, I have to note that my confidence in leadership has declined in recent months. I'm less confident in the long-term outlook because I don't see the type of strong leadership decisions being made that I think would serve the growth of the company well into the future. Qualtrics has lost the feeling of being a truly innovative company since Silverlake's acquisition, we appear more focused on shifting to profitability to gain returns for shareholders rather than innovating and growing the business.
I'm disappointed at the lack of equity for more junior employees, that has seemed to be a driver of attrition of very good quality people as well. Browse Other Reviews
