I had a good overall experience. It was my first tech sales job and I felt like I learned a lot in the role. The development could have been a little better, but the overall culture was great. Great people.

The company is going through a restructuring. It used to be the software that could be anything, and now they're more focused on verticalization, which will be construction and manufacturing. Overall, leadership has taken a position to micro-manage the Enterprise Expand segment. Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota. Great product and coworkers in US. Although price increases have been sprung on customers every year with zero added value, churn is high bc of this and a lot of the responsibility falls on AE’s.
