Quickbase has changed a lot in the past two years. We are getting ready to get sold and Individual contributors are suffering. They are flooding the Commercial team with sellers and increasing quotas with poor compensation. Not an ideal place to work right now.

I like QuickBase but they do not want to promote within.

They do not promote internally. If you are looking to make the jump from SDR to AE look elsewhere
