Current Employee Learned a ton in my first years here, strong sales enablement teams
Mid Market leadership is strong
Pay structure has declined in the last 2 years - reps used to be able to earn 2-3x total OTE, but compensation incentives/SPIFFs have been reduced significantly
UC product is still a strong fit in Mid Market but the margins are much lower
CX product can work with basic deployments, complex integrations almost always result in poor implementations
