Learned a ton in my first years here, strong sales enablement teams Mid Market leadership is strong Pay structure has declined in the last 2 years - reps used to be able to earn 2-3x total OTE, but compensation incentives/SPIFFs have been reduced significantly UC product is still a strong fit in Mid Market but the margins are much lower CX product can work with basic deployments, complex integrations almost always result in poor implementations Lack of referenceable CX clients is a huge problem with new sales
