RingCentral offers a great company culture with transparent communication from Leadership about upcoming changes. The training and development shows the investment of the company in growth and learning. Overall a great experience, but I found a promotional opportunity by joining an external company. I would recommend RingCentral to friends, and would consider future opportunities.

My overall experience at RingCentral has been positive, and I overall feel supported in my role here. Some negatives I have found is that a very low % of BDRs are hitting quota, especially within the Enterprise space. Outdated prospecting strategies force you to go earn your keep, and think on your feet to develop new strategies.
