Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.

Leadership is out of touch with customer sentiment and their answer is to throw more products and sell more to unhappy customers rather than fixing some of the root causes for the turbulence seen. Pointless activities tied to poor investments in tools that are nothing more than optics.
