Former Employee3.9Feb 20, 2024Great organization that unfortunately, like many in the tech space, outgrew demand during the pandemic and had to do some serious rounds of layoffs over the past 2+ years which drastically impacted culture in a negative way.

Current Employee3.6Aug 20, 2024My overall experience at RingCentral has been positive, and I overall feel supported in my role here. Some negatives I have found is that a very low % of BDRs are hitting quota, especially within the Enterprise space. Outdated prospecting strategies force you to go earn your keep, and think on your feet to develop new strategies.
