There is a new compensation plan rolled out that switched the compensation from annual to quarterly and harsh decelerators that do not begin to pay reps any commission until they hit 51% of plan.

Good product set and people who want to see everyone succeed. Company is now facing lots of competition however, especially from Zoom. A number of other small cloud VoIP providers, and companies that integrate voice to their platforms or CX tools also contribute to this challenge. The core portfolio offerings are strong, hard to objectively beat.

RingCentral is a good company with a huge focus on AI. Lead flow was not bad but quotas never made sense and were very inflated. Beware- the UCaaS/VOIP market is very saturated and all of my deals came down to a price play.
