Former Employee RingCentral is a good company with a huge focus on AI. Lead flow was not bad but quotas never made sense and were very inflated. Beware- the UCaaS/VOIP market is very saturated and all of my deals came down to a price play. Because of this, I was forced to surrender license price to get the deal in the door which obviously cost me on MRR. Even worse, RC has multiple layoffs every year. People get cut there so frequently it almost looks like part of the business model. Very fancy product with lots of functionality, use cases and integrations.
