Been with the company over 8 years, have seen peers come and go and come back. Evidently something is working for the boomerang effect to be so evident, is it perfect, no but what sales job is? What it is though is a good company with a great product that is still a need for customers, that you can sell and make great money off of at the same time.

My experience at RingCentral is like having a first row view to a train wreck. The pace things have fallen off rivals Boeing’s fall from grace. RingCentral is a good company with a huge focus on AI. Lead flow was not bad but quotas never made sense and were very inflated. Beware- the UCaaS/VOIP market is very saturated and all of my deals came down to a price play.
