Everyone knows the leads are trash but leadership micromanages and pushes them with unrealistic expectations

My overall experience was okay. It was great when I started working there but about a year and a half in they changed the team structure and leads. I ended up doing more work with lower quality leads and a much more difficult time hitting quota.

tough market conditions have contributed to less members of the team hitting quota. Support has been an issue.
