Quota is very hard to obtain, great product, awesome hybrid model, 3 SDRs working an account at a time (insanity), super high pressure, Houston office could be nicer, AE’s are very difficult to work with.

A lot of people do really well, however it is largely based on leads being passed off directly to individuals which is a combination of favoritism and tenure. They are trying to make it more equitable, but if you are a new rep that does not have a tenured manager it can be quite volatile month to month.
