Cons: Work life here is very bad. As an AM, I have to often work 2 or 3 extra hours a day to keep up. Managers are hit and miss. I was lucky to have a very supportive manager. Sales at Rippling depends on the team you end up in. There's a Core team and a Global team. Core team is working well, staying busy with lots of inbound and an SDR team producing new opportunities.
