Not good. A lot of inbounds but only a 10% close rate. The company is old school. Super frugle and their wear it like a badge... no 401k match, horrible beneifts. At least 1 one hour internal meeting a day where you are grilled on pipeline. The make you read off a script with a deck. 1 hour long intro calls. Some reps haven't closed a deal in months. They think working 10 hours a day is expected. They say they work fast! The CEO doesn't give a blank about anyone but himself. They are incredibly shady and their software is mid. I've been an AE in tech and software for 15 years. This is the most toxic sales org I've ever been apart of.

If you care about your mental health, personal life, or basic dignity, avoid Rippling’s SDR team.
