Rippling is one of the most innovative SaaS companies I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The pace of product development and the ambition to redefine workforce management is inspiring. That said, there’s room for improvement around internal alignment and communication. Rapid growth sometimes leads to silos and a lack of clarity, which can make it harder for teams to execute consistently. With stronger cross-functional collaboration and more consistent support for frontline teams, Rippling could move from being a disruptive player to becoming the category-defining leader it’s aiming to be.

I enjoy working at Rippling! Lots of systems and many new launches to stay on top of but we have a great product that I can get behind, especially coming from a payroll background where we didn't have nearly as ground-breaking technology.

Pros: good pay for the role, snacks, free lunch, nice co workers. Cons: Very poor experience. Extreme micromanagement. Delusional expectations. Culture of fear. Good software but the product is not as good as it’s made out to be. Customers have lots of issues on the backend with taxes and operational support.
