Former Employee This is a very challenging place to work. The technology is superb but the culture, benefits, job security are trash. I worked there for a year and roughly 50% of my org was fired in that time frame. Director level leader to AE’s and everything in between were let go. Some didn’t even get a PIP, they were unexpectedly fired. The medical benefits are the worst I’ve seen. Base medical plan is a 6,000/12,000 high deductible plan for individual/ family that costs ~$300/ month for an individual. No 401k match, no performance based equity, a comp structure with deaccelerators. Rippling makes policies that always favor Rippling. Period. Other than the tech being amazing (and it is) there are no redeemable qualities about this organization. Parker Conrad’s reputation is well warranted.
