SAP put great effort into a diverse workforce in sales. Sales programmes are in place to attract and develop young and diverse talent from all regions (SAP Academy) and women have lots of participation in leadership. In latin america for example all regional VPs and LAC VP are women at the moment.

Several initiatives are in place, postings specific to increase diversity. Management has inclusion and diversity targets.

I think if you're a minority looking for work, it's best time ever to be in the job market.  All big tech companies have diversity quotas and KPI's that they want to hit.  I think it's a great aspiration to go after but at the end of the day I think it's all bullshit. Find and hire the best possible talent - who cares about the color of their skin or gender.  This being said, SAP is very woke in this regard and plays major lip service to this charge.  So - if minority - get in to SAP.
