Not a great place to work. Strategy is chaotic. Constant restructures. Top performers have been cut and replaced by terrible performers who cost less. They will say they care and have a great culture but it’s all talk and not backed up, proof is in the mass exodus of employees who have gone on to better roles elsewhere.

The VP of Sales in Canada at the time thought ESOA was a product. At the time I was there, the product was dated and 10 years behind more modern and current technology. Its a different company now I am sure.
