The culture at SAP has taken a serious hit under Christian Klien's leadership. Consistent lay-offs, and changes to the compensation structure for reps has left SAP salespeople in a position where they are doing more work, for less upside pay, all within a hostile working environment. SAP provides a great product that has lots of value to sell, but the market is already very saturated and the push for net new customers is not bearing as much fruit as executive leadership would like.

Great! I love SAP great people a lot of fun travel and opportunities for suites at SF Warriors and 49ers etc. a lot of internal struggles with processes it’s frustrating but a lot of manager support.
