Consistent lay-offs, and changes to the compensation structure for reps has left SAP salespeople in a position where they are doing more work, for less upside pay, all within a hostile working environment. SAP provides a great product that has lots of value to sell, but the market is already very saturated and the push for net new customers is not bearing as much fruit as executive leadership would like.
