My overall experience was a friendly warm workplace, high earning potential but there are a lot of growing pains. Transitioning from a product first mindset to really having a strong GTM in a maturing market, coupled with poor data sources for CRM & “home grown” key executives leading business units who don’t always know the best strategies leads to a very siloed experience. These are the challenges but Concur has a great market reputation, is the leader in the space and the earning potential is huge and with hard work & diligence, completely attainable.

Culture was amazing when I started and has increasingly gotten worse each year due to SAP. Constant layoffs with preferential treatment provided to lazy client account executives.

Sales leadership wants to change mid market to be more equitable for every rep but the cross functional teams that are in charge of putting together territories get no input from sales and have consistently screwed up territories and scoring
