After going public a lot has changed and change is very regular. Once a quarter your quota or goal will change (usually increase) sometimes this happens within the quarter. Sales culture has really been on the downward trend for the last 2 years and it's sad to see. Good product though, sales leadership needs to figure their stuff out though because its kind of a mess.

Semrush has a great product and you work with great coworkers. Leadership was lacking in structure and prioritization of needs and a huge miss on communication among other things. There is potential opportunity within the company but I would say that if you are looking for a well run sales organization this is not the best fit for you.

I was with the Kompyte business unit. The product is vastly inferior to Klue + Crayon. The Sales team had 12 head to head deals with Klue in Q1 and lost all of them. The CEO and COO don't know what they're doing and are scared for their jobs. They have a habit of randomly firing people and blaming them for the current quarter's numbers.
