Current Employee My overall experience is that SailPoint is a fantastic organisation with a unique culture. Identity security has become more relevant in this new age of AI & ML to manage and secure organisations' digital access. Of course, there are challenges in selling, particularly in the mid-market, as other vendors have started to realise the importance of Identity Security and investing in this space. However, SailPoint has been the leader through its innovation and expertise over the past 20 years. With identity security now deemed essential to business operations, it's important that organisations choose the right technology and the right people to support them, and SailPoint has both.
