Current Employee4.4Dec 9, 2025On average there are 7 reps to an Enterprise team and about 3-3.5 people hit 100% quota on average.
Former Employee2.3Apr 5, 2024I was not paid for the sales I made. SPIFFs were promised and revoked. Accelerators ignored. Big deals not paid commission. Sailpoint Executives cost me about a $1M in lost commissions due to their dishonesty, misrepresentation, "discretion" and blatant favoritism to certain reps over other reps. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Former Employee3.6May 30, 2025SailPoint has a good reputation in the IGA market, however it's a very competitive space and complex product, challenging to build a compelling project justification without C-level stakeholder support.

Former Employee4.1Aug 6, 2023I had a good time at SailPoint. The company invested heavily in sales training, and the vibe was generally very positive and good. However, on the Inside sales front there was a lot of confusion on what we were supposed to exactly do, with a lot of flip flopping and lack of clear direction. No idea if this has changed over the past year.
