My overall experience in the last year has been poor. Hired too many sales reps in an underperforming territory. The ACV goal given to me was twice of the AOV. Too much disruption since the layoffs in January 2023. High performance culture is to drive the extra sales people out and without coherent logic. Leadership is completely incapable.
