Just starting, so far looks very promising. Very focused on learning and a lot of support from my colleagues. It looks like Salesforce is very well positioned into existing accounts. Deals are manageable and it looks like customers are exited about their new products.

Greta company w/ a laundry list of resources. The Sales rigor is there, but if you stick w/ it you can always make it out on top. Diverse leadership w/ great company culture & support for all walks of life.

Good place to build the foundation of your Sales Career, Territories are a mess and Compensation Structure is very complex so that you have to hit multiple things to get normal compensation. If you just do 40-70% of your quota you will be punished with a 0.6 Multiplier on your earnings.
