Its a strong company with elite product market fit. The pay is behind market given that they can stand on their branding and name. Lots of opportunities to learn if you initiate. Sales learning and enablement is chaotic given so many resources and missing crucial initiatives like call recording/coaching softwares.

Great company to work for however very challenging to understand the entire ecosystem at salesforce and get used to the “team selling” motion. Lone wolves will struggle to do well here on their own.
