I was there 7.5 years. The last two the culture was in the toilet - micro management was rife and there were far too many AEs. Reporting also became opaque with management picking and choosing which deals would count towards someones number. Sad to see a great sales org degrade into such a cesspit of mediocrity

Great company but expect it to be a grind. There is a lot of opportunity to move around the company and feel there will be a lot of growth in 2025.
