Current Employee Great product and market presence but depending on your leadership it can be challenging to maintain a positive attitude.
Speaking for myself, leadership doesn't offer any opportunities to collaborate within the team and share experience knowledge during team meetings.
Managers do not offer positive reinforcement during 1:1s and instead only highlight on the negatives, creating a poor office culture.
Again this all comes down to leadership because while I was a BDR, my manager was terrific.
