Current Employee4.6Jul 9, 2024Really strong culture, leadership, benefits, sense of belonging. Compensation is strong but being a long tenured employee it's frustrating that employees coming in are paid significantly higher to compete with the street. Overall a fantastic experience at Salesforce!

The CPQ is a nightmare to use, can take hours to put together a quote. Training was super generalized and not specific to my role at all. Came in with zero knowledge of the industry vertical I'm selling to and enablement has been almost nonexistent....Read More
