Leadership makes sure to remind reps their job is at risk and they are on the verge of a PIP after 1 bad month or quarter. Don't be mistaken, you ARE a number at Salesforce, not a person. Culture of politics and sucking up to the right people to be successful. SDRs are a revolving door and completely useless. Headaches to do simple things like creating and sending a quote. Would not recommend joining.

Solid opportunity from a professional development standpoint. Success depends on hard work but also luck of the draw for existing and prospective accounts. Would recommend.
