Great product, great culture. Selling team might be a little over staffed and is not immune to other recent challenges in the space. Not a ton of people hitting quota in GRB / SMB space, however there are several SPIFFs and kickers/accelerators that can help get to OTE. An example would be an astronomically high new logo bonus in the SMB and GRB orgs, which is around 5K.

Your own manager and the managers of teams you align with, can make real impact to individual success and motivation in the team. Not all are equally distributed. I outperformed as an IC under brilliant managers because we collaborated brilliantly as a team. The opposite is also true.
