My overall experience at Salesforce was a positive one. I worked with some of the most amazing and intelligent people and it is hands down the best part about Salesforce. It's also a no brainer that it's a great product, and there's a reason why SFDC is the leader in the CRM space. Emphasis on the "high performance culture" is putting a bad taste in people's mouths - barely anyone is hitting quota, internal promotions are competitive, and the burnout was real. However, you will learn a LOT and you come out of it a beast.

Salesforce is losing the plot. None of their AI works. Lying and deceiving customers into buying products that don't work is the norm. The commission structure is about 6% per deal in smb. Those so called “ankle-biters” are taking off full legs
